I think this is a common thing also in our country. When someone drops his/weight, he’s into drugs. Or when a girl suddenly gains weight, she’s pregnant.
This is a rumor I come across on Arashi_On community journal about a recent article (July 27) on some woman who caught Oh-chan inhaling marijuana. Arashi_On people said the article will come out tomorrow with the said picture of Oh-chan smoking. If this is one of those Johnny’s-with-a-cigarette-paparazzi photo which they could turn into hey-that’s-a-marijuana-stick-instead, I wouldn’t know anymore (Japan don’t be a Hollywood!). I’m not exactly fond of rumors, they’re all part of life of the rich and the famous, nor am I for using such one to gain attention on the actor’s current project, but that’s how things happen sometimes. I’m the type who looks instead on public reaction rather than the actor himself. Let’s see what this will bring Riida.

Tonight around 8pm I got a text from the Arashi email office with a regular update on activities. There was a confirmation of Truth/Kimi no Mukou e set to release on 8/20, with a confirmation of Kimi no Mukou e being the Olympic song and a mention of Truth being the opener for "Ohno Satoshi’s drama".

At least I can sleep tonight. The whole mess might not be over but at least Jimusho is right behind Riida’s back for now. He’s still their talent. But as a fan affected by this and this is personal, it would take something big to bring back my smile. But I’m all for Riida. After all, what Aiba;s scandal seems to have taught me before is that he was almost kicked out of the Jimusho, not for anything but because probably he lost some advertisers willing to "invest" on him. But because of his fans, he stayed. Let’s do the same thing fans did for Aiba back then and multiply it 10 times or more. To consider, Arashi has more fans by now compared to years ago. That’s all, good night. You too, get some sleep (or do your thing, if it’s daytime in your place).
