in malaysia, normally after a week or two weeks of final airing, the sub dvd/vcd will be sold. damn fast! i miss hometown market and they are much much much cheap (like USD10 cheap!) than buying from hmv, cdjapan or yesasia… and they are from the malaysian companies who got license from TBS… if i got extra money, i want to build a distributing company also, it’s a big industry in malaysia, huh, but i was born in an academical, socially respected family and it’s like i am obliged to follow the tradition as my family play an important role in malaysia’s academic, science, arts and literature. it’s very taihen for every son and daughter of this family, at least one son/daughter on every generation of every branch family have to play some big roles in the country. crazy.
I think the DVDs sold in our flea markets here are also from Malaysia. But they’re not from TBS or connected to. But they have subtitles. Some poorly written, probably Chinese translated. But we could get it for only $2 here.
