I feel half-hearted in making a post at this hours since I wasn’t active lately on this blog, but I would like to wish everyone

A HAPPY NEW YEAR TO ALL! WELCOME 2009!

Our New Year celebration may not be as fantabulous as how Japan is celebrating it with the JE boys, but let’s not be lonely! 15 minutes before it’s officially 2009 here in our country and I could smell the fireworks in the air!

Our dogs are busy barking because their ears are sensitive to the loud firecrackers and it’s annoying them.

My dad is all drunk but conscious after sending his friends back home to celebrate the New Year with their own family.

Me and my sister has taken over the Karaoke and singing our hearts out to the ballads and rock songs, despite the lack of JE songs, it’s all about exercising your lungs anyway! (Maybe I should plug all the Arashi Karaoke mp3s in my cellphone)

My brother just ended his call to his girlfriend.

There food to last a lifetime.

So, I’ll end typing here because it’s almost time to gather coins again that my father shower inside the house to "bring good luck" for the coming year.

May we all still be complete until next year! And may Arashi get a bountiful 10th year ahead!!!

Ace’s Update on HSJ Fangirling

I was watching Sensei wa Erai! And I learned to love Daiki Arioka this time. Last night, I think I love him. *awww!* Well, Yamada still catches my eyes, but Daiki is so cute, his face’s skin looks so white and smooth, a perfect bishonen, he captures my heart, and he’s officially my 23rd first love coz Yamada is my 22nd first love. I need to engrave his name on a stone, this is a momentum for me!!

And then, I MADE YET ANOTHER MISTAKE IN THE NAME OF LOVE… I reopen the preorder page for Hey!Say!Jump-ing Tour and saw this…

ARASHI ni 2008 JE Magazines

Remind me that I can only write about things I am passionate about…

I am listing ONLY those from the top 5 JE magazines where Arashi is "consistently" featured namely Potato, Popolo, Wink Up, Myojo and Duet. It does not include those from TV Guide, Anan, Oricon Style, etc (God, Arashi must be very busy, how many hours do they spend for one photoshoot I wonder?)

ALL SCANS ARE NOT FROM ME. Most of them where from archives/links of people posted in Boys’ Paper. Since they’re too many, I could not list one by one where I got them from individual LJs. Some were found on other archives like VOX, Japanese blogs.

This is mainly to serve as guide when buying back issues (my favorite seller got a JE mag sale, woohoo!) and when searching for scans or images.

Now, my favorite magazines in particular order: (comments not necessarily about Arashi pictures in it)

1. Potato - I love the colors (mostly pastels) of Potato. For me, this works best and I don’t mind collecting all Potato over the other magazines.
2. Popolo - I love the way that it’s the easiest thing to scan since they’re spreadsheet. Although the pages could easily tore apart.
3. Wink Up - are for teens. I must say Wink Up has many memorable photos from this year. I see their scans used in many wallpapers and icons. Erase that, I think all of these magazines are memorable.
4. Myojo - the "song book" idea doesn’t really appeal to me. I find it a little hassle to keep separate mini pages of low-quality paper. But it’s a good way if you want to remember or study Kanji through the songs. But I don’t really like it, because I could easily lose it.
5. Duet - My first Duet (and first JE magazine to own) was a secondhand Duet August copy. I didn’t really like the pages of Arashi in it coz the printing weren’t sharp clear and the paper is thin. So, I have the impression that Duet will always be the last on my list to buy.

You, what is your vote?

More specifically, what is your favorite photoshoot of the boys? And who wants a Yamada Ryosuke solo scans compilation post? Hahahaha!

I’m a Pedophile

As usual, I will not talk about Arashi this time, so I will speak in Tagalog… because flailing in Tagalog is so much fun, I feel like cursing! Flailing in English is like going out on a picnic and making barbeque while watching out for the ants because they might get burn by your fire! So I flail in Tagalog, ok? OK!

Nitong mga nakaraang araw, (mga 1 day ago), hindi ko masyadong mafeel ang Arashi. Ewan ko ba, siguro dahil I can’t watch any of their videos kasi nga I don’t have drive space na. Tapos nagbubuklat ako ng konting magazines na nabili ko sa Pahirapan Magazine Store. Isa lang ang napansin ko sa mga magazine ng Arashi… lahat sila me Hey!Say!Jump! sa bawat issue. E ako namang tanga, I told na nga myself not to look at other idols’ faces kasi baka mahalin ko rin sila balang araw. Tipoing masanay ang mga mata ko sa kanila tapos hanap-hanapin ko silang parang Kappamaki at di nila ko patulugin magdamag hangga’t hindi ko nabibili ang mga magazine at uchiwa at poster at idownload lahat ng videos nila.

Hala, nagkatotoo nga yun! Hindi na ko makatulog ng straight 3 hours nang hindi ko nasisilayan si… Yamada Ryosuke!

Gosh! Napakagwapong bata! Sabi ko nga kay Mahal kong Seller, gosh, parang naiintindihan ko na ang feeling ni Lolo Johnny. Naiintindihan ko nang, bata man, nakakaantig din ng damdamin! At least ako, he’s just half of my age, si Lolo Johnny 6000x older sa kanya, hahahahah! Damnit!

Ano bang nagustuhan ko sa kanya? Well, bukod sa hindi sya patpatin, he’s fat, kita ko pa rin ang baby fats nya, he so look like a girlalush! Goshes! Para syang babaeng walang dibdib! Ang cute nyang icosplay.

Gosh, ano ba ito, baka karireen ko na rin ang HSJ items dahil kay Yamada, naku! No, no, no, I must wake up!

But how can you resist a clearfile like this? I think I can’t.

MERRRY CHRISTMAS EVERYONE!

I hope you’re all having a great time~! Come on, let’s eat, let’s enjoy our feast, forget all our worries (and major failure in delivering Aiba a birthday gift), let’s all be merry and bright and drunk so when we see our inaanak (godchildren) tomorrow, we’ll see them double because of hangovers, hahahaha! And gift them double gifts!!

Come on, it’s that once a year chance where food is ready and hot and many so enjoy it! Just be careful of mild strokes here and there especially when you’re the type who love hams and lechon and whatever fatty foods you have. I am the type who love salad but we don’t have it now, so I’m munching macaroni or whatever that looks like macaroni with lots of cheese!!

And take plenty of softdrinks! Because I don’t drink alcohol (even though I’m dying to because of my failure to deliver an Aiba gift, damnit!!!)

So, I repeat, Merry Christmas, from the bottom of my heart, I’m sorry if I wasn’t so active these days. Tomorrow, if we won’t have many guests, I will try to make many posts about my latest frustrations in life, ok? In English, don’t worry!
